Jeremy Clarkson Says He ‘Doesn’t Particularly Like’ Sending Animals To Slaughter

Television personality and farm owner Jeremy Clarkson has expressed his discomfort with sending animals to slaughter on his farm in Oxfordshire. Clarkson, who starred in the reality TV show Clarkson's Farm, described the challenges of raising animals for food, including dealing with illness and ultimately taking them to the slaughterhouse.

Despite his aversion to the process, Clarkson acknowledged the health risks associated with consuming animal products, particularly following a heart health scare that led to dietary restrictions. While he has expressed disdain for people who choose not to eat animal products, Clarkson has previously described the emotional difficulty of taking animals to slaughter, stating that it evokes feelings of "gut-wrenching loss" and prevents him from sleeping properly the night before the process.
