Joey Purp Teams up with Chicago’s Goose Island to Launch Vegan Burger

Chicago rapper Joey Purp and Goose Island's Clybourn Brewhouse have teamed up to create The Purp Burger, an all-vegan burger as part of Goose Island's Clybourn Collaboration Burger Series. The burger features a brown rice, shiitake mushroom, and cashew patty seasoned with miso paste and coconut aminos, topped with pickled shallots, heirloom tomatoes, avocado aioli, and carrot bacon, served on a vegan pretzel bun with waffle fries. Proceeds from the collaboration will support Fourtunehouse, an initiative that uplifts the Chicago community through creative empowerment.

The Purp Burger is available now through the end of August at Goose Island's Clybourn location in Chicago. In addition to the burger launch, Joey Purp has also released a new single, "Outside."
