Juicy Marbles and Revo Foods Launch Kinda Salmon Plant-Based Filet

Juicy Marbles, in collaboration with Revo Foods, has launched Kinda Salmon, a plant-based whole-cut alternative to salmon. Following the success of their previous product, Kinda Cod, Kinda Salmon offers a substantial, unbreaded filet with a versatile texture and subtle flavor. Unlike many plant-based fish alternatives, Kinda Salmon is a raw filet that can be used in a variety of dishes, providing culinary flexibility for chefs and home cooks alike.

Made using a novel structuring process, Kinda Salmon offers a tender yet firm bite and contains 13 grams of protein per serving, along with omega-3 fatty acids sourced from microalgae oil. The product is also a good source of dietary fiber, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, and folate. Leveraging each other's strengths, Juicy Marbles and Revo Foods aim to bring their innovative plant-based fish product to the US market, with plans for a UK release in the future.
