These ribs are made using the new "Marble 3.0" recipe, known for its clean label and exceptional texture, and are ready to eat in just 15-20 minutes. The recipe boasts 32g of protein per serving with a complete amino acid profile and essential micronutrients, earning a Nutri score of A.

The plant-based ribs feature edible bones that are 100% compostable and offer a fun and nutritious addition to the meal. Co-founder Vladimir Mićković emphasized the importance of providing tasty and nutritionally sensible food, catering to both vegan and non-vegan customers. Customers in the US can now order Baby Ribs from Juicy Marbles' website, with European and UK retail availability expected by the end of the year.
