Each 100g patty contains 22g of plant-protein, 5g of fat, and 179 calories, making it a versatile option suitable for various dishes like sandwiches, salads, wraps, and bowls. The Umami Burger builds on the success of Juicy Marbles' previous products in the UK, with their Thick-Cut Filet steak selling out quickly at Waitrose and becoming the fastest-selling plant-based meat in Tesco history.
