British artisan plant-based cheese brand JULIENNE BRUNO has been acquired by Harvey & Brockless, a subsidiary of The Compleat Food Group. Founded in 2020, JULIENNE BRUNO initially saw success but needed additional investment to reach profitability. Unable to find a solvent outcome, the brand was acquired from administration by Harvey & Brockless, with all 14 staff members made redundant.

The Compleat Food Group now owns JULIENNE BRUNO along with other plant-based brands like Squeaky Bean and Palace Culture. The administrators, Sam Birchall and Howard Smith from Interpath, were able to achieve the sale, ensuring the brand can continue under new ownership. Their immediate priority is to support the former employees with their redundancy claims and other owed monies.
