Just Salad Permanently Adds Vegan Chicken to Menu Nationwide

Just Salad, an East coast-based salad chain, has permanently added Beyond Chicken to its menu at all locations. The vegan-friendly chain, known for its customizable salads, warm veggie bowls, and wraps, has partnered with Beyond Meat to offer customers more plant-based options. The Beyond Chicken will be featured in the Chipotle Cowboy Salad, and customers can also choose it when building their own salads.

To celebrate the partnership with Beyond Meat, Just Salad is offering a promotion on October 12 where guests can add Beyond Chicken to any salad or warm bowl for free when ordering in-store with a reusable bowl. Just Salad is known for its vegan-friendly options, including a partnership with vegan cheese brand Violife and many vegan dressings. The restaurant also has a commitment to sustainability, offering a reusable bowl program to reduce waste and encourage customers to bring their own containers for salads.
