Kate’s Ice Cream Unveils ‘Starry Night’ Flavor for Van Gogh Immersive Experience

Kate’s Ice Cream in Portland has introduced a new flavor called “Starry Night” in honor of Vincent van Gogh’s iconic painting. This plant-based and gluten-free treat features a white maple cinnamon ice cream base swirled with blue vanilla “brush strokes,” golden honeycomb “stars,” and a chocolate syrup drizzle. The flavor is available at both Kate’s Ice Cream locations until February 2, coinciding with the Beyond Van Gogh and Beyond Monet immersive art experiences at the Oregon Convention Center.

Founder Katelyn Williams designed the flavor to complement the captivating and soul-filling experiences offered at the art exhibitions. Beyond Van Gogh and Beyond Monet project hundreds of iconic masterpieces onto walls, providing guests with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the worlds of these legendary painters.
