Kraft Heinz Not Company, a collaboration between Kraft Heinz and NotCo, has introduced a vegan boxed mac and cheese in Canada. The product, called KD NotMacandCheese, is the company's first plant-based offering in Canada, available in Original and White Cheddar Style flavors, with a gluten-free option. The company aims to cater to the growing demand for plant-based options among Canadians while providing a product that closely resembles the taste and texture of traditional dairy mac and cheese.

The collaboration between Kraft Heinz and NotCo has already led to the release of various plant-based products in the US, including vegan cheese and hotdogs. The products are created using NotCo's AI platform, Giuseppe, which can replicate the structure of animal-based ingredients using only plant-based alternatives.
