LA’s Pizzanista Launches Joan Jett Heart-Shaped Vegan Pizza

Pizzanista in LA has partnered with Miyoko’s Creamery and PETA to create a limited-edition heart-shaped vegan pizza in honor of rock legend and animal rights activist Joan Jett. The pizza, featuring a hand-stretched crust with activated black charcoal, house-made tomato sauce, and Miyoko’s vegan cheese, will be served in a Joan Jett-decorated box.

Customers can customize their pizzas with various toppings, including vegan bacon, veggies, and Pizzanista’s vegan mac ‘n’ cheese. A portion of the proceeds from each pizza will be donated to PETA. Joan Jett, an advocate for animal rights for over four decades, has teamed up with PETA in various campaigns, promoting a meat-free lifestyle for the sake of animals, health, and the planet. The special is available only at the Los Angeles Pizzanista location for a limited time.
