Three popular vegan restaurants in Los Angeles, Nic’s On Beverly, The Gray Zebra, and Veggie Y Qué, have recently announced their closures. Nic’s On Beverly cited financial strain and lease issues as reasons for their closure, despite efforts to work with the landlord. Owner Nic Adler thanked customers and staff for their support over the years and invited them for one last meal before shutting down after Father’s Day brunch.

The Gray Zebra, a fast-casual vegan restaurant in East Hollywood, also announced its closure on Instagram, with plans for another vegan restaurant to take over the space. Similarly, Veggie Y Qué in Whittier is facing closure due to lease issues but is actively looking for a new location to re-open. Customers are encouraged to support Veggie Y Qué by purchasing gift cards until their closure date in July.
