The Lallemand Group will be showcasing its yeast and enzyme solutions for plant-based foods at the upcoming Bridge2Food Summit in Copenhagen from 9 to 11 June. Lallemand Bio-Ingredients (LBI) will feature products such as Engevita HiPRO Beyond, a nutritional yeast protein for protein enrichment, and the Savor-Lyfe flavor range for enhancing taste in plant-based applications. Additionally, Solyve, an enzyme specialist within the Lallemand Group, will provide solutions for processing and functionality of raw materials in dairy alternative production.

During the event, LBI category manager Silvia Soragni and Lallemand Specialty Cultures’ Camille Duc will present “Microbial Innovation for Optimized Plant-Based Dairy” on 10 June at 2:30 pm. The Bridge2Food Summit is a prominent international platform for plant-based food innovation, attracting industry professionals from food manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, and researchers in the supply chain.
