Land&Monkeys Unveils Vegan Version of France’s Favorite Sandwich ‘Jambon Beurre’ with La Vie’s New Ham

Land&Monkeys, a French plant-based bakery, has introduced 'le Parisien', a vegan version of the popular jambon beurre sandwich. Partnering with La Vie, they have created a zero pork ham with the same taste and texture as traditional charcuterie, along with a zero-milk butter developed by Puratos. The company aims to attract new partners and customers by offering plant-based versions of traditional bakery-pastry items.

Since its establishment in 2020, Land&Monkeys has been rapidly expanding in Paris with five shops and plans for further growth. The company's focus on recognized products like the jambon beurre sandwich is part of their strategy to appeal to a wide audience regardless of dietary choices. Land&Monkeys aims to franchise their model not only in France but also internationally, with plans for new boutiques in Bordeaux by the end of the year.
