Lewis Hamilton’s Vegan Burger Chain Just Opened Its First US Restaurant

Lewis Hamilton's vegan fast-food chain, Neat Burger, has opened its first permanent US location in New York City. Following a successful pop-up trial in UrbanSpace on Park Avenue, the restaurant is now located in the Nolita neighborhood in Lower Manhattan. To celebrate the grand opening on April 17, the first 100 people received free burgers, attracting a large crowd of consumers eager to try the plant-based offerings.

The US menu at Neat Burger features a selection of "all-American classics" that have been veganized, such as hot dogs, tater tots, stacked burgers, chick'n sandwiches, and more. The chain currently has a total of 10 permanent locations, with plans to open 30 more in the near future. Co-founder Lewis Hamilton, who adopted a plant-based diet in 2017, expressed pride in the chain's growth and success, fueled by a recent $100 million fundraising round. Neat Burger Nolita in New York is open daily from 10:30am to 10pm at 25 Cleveland Place.
