LINCK Brings Methylcellulose-Free Pulse Sausages to SIAL Paris for Private Label Buyers

Vegconomist • Oct 02, 2026
LINCK, a plant-based food company based in Monaco, will be showcasing its private label range of pulse-based sausages and mince at SIAL Paris from October 17 to 21. The company's new Grillers have been chosen to participate in the SIAL Innovation competition at the event. These Grillers come in five varieties - Breakfast Style, Classic, Smoky Chorizo-Style, Italian Herb, and Merguez Style - all made from fava beans, peas, and wheat. Additionally, LINCK offers a mince made from chickpeas and black beans, which contains none of the 14 major allergens and is free of methylcellulose.

The six products are pre-cooked, skin-free, and designed without the use of methylcellulose. LINCK is offering the range in neutral packaging for private label buyers to market under their own brands. With a shelf life of 30 days for chilled sale and 270 days for frozen items, the products are available in retail trays or 2kg boxes for foodservice providers. LINCK, which has been producing plant-based products since 1998 in Belgium, emphasizes its commitment to sustainability with a zero-emission manufacturing facility and various certifications. Their existing brands include Fit Food and Vegan Deli, offering a variety of meat alternatives for both retail and foodservice markets.
