Little Saint Teams Up with Chef Pearl Steffie for Mother’s Day Weekend Pop-Up

Little Saint, a popular plant-based restaurant in Healdsburg, is teaming up with Chef Pearl Steffie of Kusaki for a Mother’s Day Weekend pop-up event. Chef Pearl, known for her elevated plant-based Japanese cuisine, will be showcasing her signature omakase experience on May 9 and 10. The collaboration aims to offer guests a unique opportunity to explore Japanese cuisine through a plant-based lens and make impactful choices in the fight against climate change by avoiding ocean-sourced ingredients.

The weekend will feature a five-course omakase dinner on Friday, May 9, with ingredients sourced from nearby Little Saint Farm, as well as a Sip & Roll Sushi Workshop on Saturday, May 10. The partnership between Kusaki and Little Saint is rooted in shared values of promoting a compassionate and sustainable food system by avoiding ocean-sourced ingredients.
