M&S Launches 1-Ingredient Corn Flakes

British luxury supermarket chain Marks & Spencer (M&S) has launched a new cereal range with minimal ingredients, including corn flakes made with corn and nothing else. Each product in the range contains six ingredients or less, appealing to consumers seeking cleaner eating options. The range also includes Multigrain Hoops, Choco Hoops, and white sourdough bread rolls, each made with a limited number of ingredients.

While M&S's new cereals are labeled vegan, the bread rolls are labeled as vegetarian. The single-ingredient corn flakes contain 7.4g of protein, 88.1g of carbohydrate, and 1.8g of fiber per 100g serving. However, it is worth noting that these cereals do not contain the vitamins and minerals often found in fortified breakfast cereals.
