Matthew Kenney Opens Two New Restaurants in Miami

Renowned vegan chef Matthew Kenney has recently opened two new restaurants in Miami: Make Out Cafe and Plant Food + Wine. Make Out Cafe, a fast-casual health food cafe, offers cold-pressed juices, smoothies, raw dishes, and grab-and-go salads and plant-based bowls, while Plant Food + Wine is set to be the brand's flagship location in Miami. Both restaurants will undergo renovations over the summer and reopen with final concepts in the fall of 2022, with a strong focus on sustainability and the future of food.

The menus at Make Out Cafe and Plant Food + Wine will feature classic dishes from their Los Angeles locations, as well as exclusive offerings inspired by local Miami cuisine and flavors. Make Out Cafe opened last weekend, with Plant Food + Wine set to open in mid-May. Both restaurants aim to provide customers with healthy and delicious vegan options while promoting a sustainable approach to dining.
