Maya’s Cookies Launches Black History Month Collection

Maya’s Cookies, a Black-owned vegan cookie shop based in San Diego, has launched their Black History Month collection in honor of Black changemakers, business owners, and activists. The collection consists of three vegan cookies, each paying tribute to legendary Black icons and made with ingredients sourced from Black-owned businesses. The Superhero cookie is a nod to Chadwick Boseman and Black Panther, featuring chocolate chunks from a Black- and woman-owned company. The First Lady cookie is inspired by Michelle Obama and her mother, while the Uncle Nearest cookie honors the first-known African-American master distiller.

The Black History Month Collection is available for nationwide shipping on Maya’s Cookies' online shop until February 28.
