Mellow Mushroom Launches Build-Your-Own Vegan Pizza Option

Mellow Mushroom, a popular pizza chain on the East Coast, is launching a build-your-own vegan pizza option in honor of Veganuary. The Georgia-based restaurant, known for its stone-fired pizzas, has always been vegan-friendly and is expanding its plant-based options with the new customizable vegan pizza.
