Ministry of Defence, Civil Service, NHS Supply Chain, Suffolk County Council & more embrace Veganuary

The Ministry of Defence, Civil Service, NHS Supply Chain, Suffolk County Council, and other organizations are embracing Veganuary by encouraging members to try vegan eating for the month of January. The Ministry of Defence Veg Network and Civil Service Veg Network are actively promoting the benefits of plant-based foods, with nearly 200 members already participating. NHS Supply Chain: Food is showcasing plant-based recipes to highlight the health benefits of vegan options, while Mars Food Europe is encouraging its associates to participate in Veganuary.

Other organizations, including EY, Just Eat Takeaway, Odeon, and Harrods, are also participating in Veganuary's Workplace Challenge by promoting plant-based diets among their employees and customers. This initiative aims to raise awareness about veganism, offer support and resources for those trying Veganuary, and inspire individuals to consider a more sustainable and healthy way of eating.
