MyForest Foods has introduced its MyBacon and MyPulledPork products at Whole Foods Market stores throughout the US. MyBacon has quickly become the top-selling plant-based bacon in the natural grocery channel, made from organic oyster mushroom mycelium that offers a crisp, smoky flavor. MyPulledPork, the company's latest product, also uses mushroom mycelium to create a tender, savory texture high in fiber and protein, without added preservatives.

Despite being a relatively new company established in 2020, MyForest Foods has rapidly expanded to over 2,500 retail locations and increased production capacity by 15 times year-over-year. To celebrate the launch of MyPulledPork, the company is hosting the MyPulledPork Tailgate Tour, visiting several cities in November for tasting events and giveaways. The products have received industry recognition, including awards for innovation and best new frozen product, as they continue to gain popularity in the market.
