Narayan Group, a producer of organic coconut and superfood products based in Slovenia, is set to be acquired by Edible Garden AG Incorporated, a leader in controlled environment agriculture (CEA) and sustainable produce. The two companies have signed a non-binding letter of intent to enter into a share purchase agreement, with Narayan Group shareholders becoming controlling shareholders of Edible Garden.

With Narayan Group achieving significant revenue and Edible Garden's expertise in CEA, the companies expect combined revenues of over $60 million in 2025. The acquisition aims to meet growing demand for sustainable, plant-based food products, introduce Narayan's products to the North American market, and expand market presence in both Europe and North America.

By combining Narayan's European market leadership and Edible Garden's innovative CEA technology and distribution channels in North America, the strategic acquisition is expected to accelerate market expansion and meet consumer demand for organic and sustainable food products in the U.S. and Canada.
