New All-Vegan French Bakery Opens in Beverly Hills

Chaumont Bakery & Cafe has expanded its offerings by opening a new all-vegan location called Chaumont Vegan in Beverly Hills. Co-owners Frederic Laski and Laila Abddaim noticed a demand for vegan options among their customers and decided to create a menu of vegan viennoiserie and pastries. The bakery offers a wide selection of sweet and savory treats, including croissants, Jalapeño & Cheese Rolls, Banana Pecan Bread, and Avocado Toast, as well as a variety of beverages.

Located next to their flagship store, Chaumont Vegan is currently open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with plans to expand to a full week schedule.
