New Black-Owned Vegan Donut Shop Opens in Orlando, Florida

Orlando, Florida is now home to Donut’ste, the city’s first 100% vegan brick-and-mortar donut shop that is Black-owned. Offering unique flavors like Crème Brûlée and Hibiscus Orange Mimosa, as well as a variety of cinnamon rolls, Donut’ste is set to become a staple in the Orlando vegan community. The shop's colorful pink decor and vibrant ambiance create a fun and inviting atmosphere for customers to enjoy their drool-worthy treats.

Owner Chef Shalom, a Brooklyn native, uses clean, plant-based ingredients with an emphasis on fresh herbs and spices to create what many consider to be the world’s best donuts. Donut’ste’s popularity has led to the opening of a food truck to meet the high demand for their products while also protecting their staff from Florida’s extreme weather.
