New Fast-Casual Vegan Restaurant NuLeaf Opens Monday in NYC

NuLeaf, a new fast-casual vegan restaurant, is set to open in the Flatiron neighborhood of NYC on August 2nd. Founded by Craig Cochran and Michael Pease of Terri fame, NuLeaf aims to offer vegan comfort food that satisfies cravings. The menu features childhood recipes with a vegan twist, including dishes like a Chorizo Fiesta Bowl, Grilled Peach Salad, Chickpea Tuna Sandwich, and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, along with creamy dairy-free milkshakes like the plant-based PB Cookie Dough Shake.

The restaurant boasts a chic and stylish ambiance with lush plant wall installations, adding a touch of greenery to the dining experience. The first location at 23 W 23rd Street will be followed by a second location opening later in the year at 888 8th Ave, both featuring indoor and outdoor seating as well as a self-pick-up area for to-go orders. NuLeaf is open Monday-Friday from 10:30am-9:30pm and Saturday-Sunday from 11:30am-9:30pm, offering a plant-based dining experience for vegans and non-vegans alike in NYC.
