New Plant-Based Pub Is Coming to Boston This Summer

PlantPub, a new plant-based pub in Boston, is set to open this summer, offering a unique dining experience with a focus on burgers and beer. Craft beer entrepreneur Pat Mcauley and celebrity chef Mary Dumont are behind the concept, combining their passions for plant-based cuisine into what promises to be a popular spot in the Boston area. With Pat's background as a Boston native, podcast host, triathlete, and plant-based TEDx talker, and Mary's experience on shows like Iron Chef and Top Chef, diners can expect top-notch burgers and brews when the restaurant opens.

While the menu is still a secret, PlantPub has already teased some of their offerings on social media, including a Classic Burger and Chicken Fried Sandwich that have customers eager to visit.
