New Rotating Vegan Pop-Up Concept Opens in East Village

Overthrow Hospitality has opened a new rotating vegan pop-up concept called & Beer in the East Village. This concept incubator, led by Ravi DeRossi, will feature limited-time themed menus, starting with Mushrooms & Beer. The menu, created by Chef Juan Pajarito, showcases dishes centered around various mushroom varieties, such as Oyster with tempura beer batter and Lion’s Mane dumpling with daikon sauce.

In addition to the innovative vegan dishes, & Beer offers a curated beer selection by Ramon Manrique Hung of Proletariat. With an array of local and European options, beer enthusiasts will find the perfect pint to complement their meal.
