New Vegan Bakery Opens in Englewood, New Jersey

A new vegan bakery, Vegan Pastry Lab, has recently opened in Englewood, New Jersey, offering a variety of plant-based sweets. The bakery is the first full-service vegan bakery in the area and provides a range of treats including muffins, cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, Danishes, donuts, cupcakes, specialty cakes, gluten-free options, and more. The owners, Eli Muniz and pastry chef Cris Longoria, opened the bakery with a focus on their commitment to animal welfare and the environment.

Vegan Pastry Lab also offers lifestyle items and gifts for customers to purchase, such as plants, locally handmade candles, and greeting cards. The bakery's hours of operation are Wednesday-Friday from 9am-6pm, Saturday from 10am-7pm, and Sunday from 10am-4pm.
