New Vegan Food Truck Opens in Orange County

Nike athlete Tabay Atkins has opened his first vegan food truck in Orange County called Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen. The food truck offers a diverse menu of vegan comfort favorites, including items like milkshakes, salads, pho, Human Style Fries, chick’n & waffles, f’sh sandwiches, hot dogs, tacos, and more. There is also a selection of dessert favorites such as vegan soft serve, milkshakes, and smoothies, along with a Mindful Menu focused on whole food vegan options made with organic ingredients.

With the goal of making the plant-based transition easier for everyone, Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen aims to provide delicious vegan food that even non-vegans will enjoy. The food truck has already attracted a wide range of customers who appreciate the quality and taste of the vegan offerings.
