New Vegan Japanese Restaurant in Austin to Hold Grand Opening This Weekend

Nori is a new vegan Japanese restaurant in Austin, specializing in vegan sushi, ramen, and craft cocktails. After a year of planning, Nori is finally opening its doors to the public, offering a menu that includes appetizers, ramen, cocktails, and an impressive selection of vegan sushi rolls. The grand opening celebration for Nori will take place this Friday, August 12, from 5-10pm at 3208 Guadalupe Street, Suite B. Operating hours after the grand opening will be 5-10pm Tuesday-Sunday, with no reservations required for visits.
