New Vegan Pizzeria Opens in San Antonio, Texas

Verve Pie, a new vegan pizzeria, recently opened in San Antonio, Texas, offering a variety of plant-based pizzas, ice cream, and cocktails. Co-founded by Adriana Messina and Gene Liguori, the eatery aims to create a craveable plant-based food concept for both vegans and non-vegans. The grand opening of Verve Pie was a success, with guests enjoying signature pizzas like The Margherita and The “Better Than” Italian Sausage, as well as dairy-free vegan ice cream floats, bowls, and pints.

Additionally, Verve Pie features unique cocktails such as The Scooby Snack and The Side Piece, all made with plant-based ingredients. A portion of the restaurant's proceeds goes towards helping the expansion of Free Spirit Animal Sanctuary.
