New Vegan Restaurant Good Intentions Set to Open in St. Petersburg, Florida

Good Intentions, a new vegan restaurant, is set to open in St. Petersburg, Florida in the spring of 2022. This fully vegan restaurant is a passion project between the owners of three other popular local vegan businesses: Golden Dinosaurs, Black Radish, and Nah Dogs. Good Intentions will offer modern, upscale dining with a full bar in the Grand Central District, serving new American fare in a 3,700 square foot space next to Spitfire Comedy House.

The restaurant will feature a vintage U-shaped bar serving classic cocktails, an extensive beer and wine menu, and a full mocktail list. With seating for 100 guests and a minimalist decor filled with open spaces and plants, Good Intentions aims to provide a unique dining experience in St. Petersburg. The menu will be completely unique and different from the offerings of its sister businesses, with full dinner service throughout the week and brunch on weekends.
