New York Is Now The 10th US State To Ban Cosmetics Tested On Animals

New York has become the 10th US state to ban the sale of cosmetics tested on animals. The Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act, signed into law by Governor Kathy Hochul, will take effect in January 2023.
