Next Level Burger Is Opening Soon in Seattle’s Ballard Neighborhood

Get ready, Seattle! Next Level Burger, the popular vegan fast-food restaurant, will be opening its 10th location—and second in Seattle—this December in Ballard. Known for its classic American comfort food options like burgers, shakes, loaded fries, and fried chicken sandwiches, Next Level Burger has locations in Oregon, New York, California, Texas, Colorado, and Washington.

The new Seattle location will be the brand’s first stand-alone store in the city, located near the marina at 1416 NW Ballard Way. With plans to eventually open 1,000 stores nationwide, Next Level Burger recently raised $20M in funding to help quadruple its current store count by the end of 2025.
