Nexture's Innovation Hub, Generate, in partnership with URIKA Partners, has selected the winning startups of the Generate Program 2025. These startups are Green-On, producing edible oils and fats from CO2; Kokomodo, utilizing cellular agriculture to produce real cacao; and Yeap, upcycling spent yeast into healthy food proteins and supplements. These startups were chosen for their bold, science-driven solutions that align with Nexture's goal of transforming breakthrough ideas into successful innovations.

The winning startups will now embark on tailored 12 to 18-month partnership programs with Generate, providing them access to cutting-edge facilities, technical expertise, and opportunities for industrial scale-up applications. Emanuele Pizzigalli, Chief Innovation Officer at Nexture, expressed excitement about working with these startups to accelerate the path from idea to market impact, showcasing innovative solutions that address pressing needs in the ingredient landscape. Through Generate, Nexture aims to actively nurture high-potential innovations and advance future-ready ingredient technologies.
