US-based dairy alternatives brand Eclipse Foods has launched its Non-Dairy Whole Milk on Amazon, claiming to replicate the molecular structure of cow's milk. The product is said to provide flavor, stability, sweetness, and cloud-like color, attributes that other plant-based milks may lack. Eclipse touts its milk as being able to foam in hot and cold beverages, holding the foam like conventional dairy without settling at the bottom of a drink.

Founded in 2019, Eclipse aims to produce sustainable, healthy plant-based products that are indistinguishable from traditional dairy. In addition to their Non-Dairy Whole Milk, the company also offers dairy-free ice creams. Eclipse has expanded its foodservice partnerships, including placements in coffee chains and cafes across the US. Co-founder and CEO Thomas Bowman expressed excitement about bringing the dairy-identical experience directly to consumers through Amazon, stating that Eclipse delivers the full dairy experience without compromise.
