Argentine food conglomerate Molinos Río de la Plata has agreed to acquire NotCo’s plant-based food and beverage operations in Argentina and Uruguay. The deal covers the NotCo-branded business in both markets, extending Molinos' presence in the frozen food segment and allowing them to serve new consumption occasions related to emerging food trends. NotCo started in a garage in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, six years ago and has built a strong distribution network across Argentina.

Molinos Río de la Plata, majority-owned by the Pérez Companc family, operates across various food categories with well-known brands. The acquisition of NotCo reflects their focus on innovation and meeting evolving consumer preferences.
