Nous Raises €2.3M Led by dsm-firmenich Ventures to Scale Koncentra Toward US Launch

Italian ingredient company Nous has secured €2.315 million in a seed round led by dsm-firmenich Ventures to further develop and commercialize their botanical functional ingredient, Koncentra, designed for the energy category. The funding will support additional clinical studies, supply chain expansion, and entry into the US market starting in November 2026, with a target of three published clinical studies and an annual production capacity of 60 tonnes by the end of 2027. The company aims to strengthen the scientific position of Koncentra and expand its supply chain to build the next generation of functional ingredients.
