O2 Arena to Serve Mostly Meatless Menu at Paul McCartney Concerts in Partnership With Linda McCartney Foods

The O2 Arena in London will be serving a mostly meatless menu at Paul McCartney’s upcoming concerts in partnership with Linda McCartney Foods. The late Linda McCartney, Paul McCartney’s wife, founded a successful meat-free food company in 1991. As a tribute to their shared values of vegetarianism and animal rights activism, the arena will offer a 4:2 veggie-to-meat ratio at all food stands, as well as meals made with Linda McCartney products at the Van on the Run food truck outside.

The options available at concessions will include Linda McCartney’s Best Burger, Korean chicken bites, Vegemince chilli nachos, and Vegan Sausage corndogs.
