Oat drink producer Oatly is expanding its Barista Edition line in the UK with three new flavoured varieties - Coconut, Vanilla, and Caramel. The company aims to cater to the growing consumer demand for customizable, specialty coffee drinks at home. These new flavours are designed for both hot and cold applications, maintaining Oatly's signature performance in latte art and frothing in drinks like coffee, matcha, and iced beverages.

The new Barista Edition Flavours are plant-based, dairy-free, and soy-free, fortified with vitamins and calcium, and utilize fibrous oats as their primary base. Oatly describes the launch as a response to the increasing interest in "unusual, customizable drinks" and allows for a wider range of flavourful and creative drink options. The products are starting to roll out in the UK at retailers like Morrisons and Ocado, with more major retailers expected to follow soon.
