The company operates as a franchised vegan fast-food restaurant chain and a food technology company, combining plant-based protein and dairy alternatives with smart kitchen technology. The decision to focus on Canada comes after a pause in US market expansion, with the company also securing a distribution deal with Dot Foods Canada.
