Ombar’s Caramac-Style Blonde Chocolate Bar Is Back ‘For Good’

Ombar has announced that its popular Blonde chocolate bar, inspired by nostalgic flavors like Nestlé Caramac, is now back for good. The plant-based and sustainable chocolate is vegan, organic, palm oil-free, and Fair Trade certified. Made with dried cane sugar juice and chicory root fiber, the bar promotes beneficial gut bacteria and keeps its sugar content around 50 percent lower than traditional white chocolate options.

After becoming a fan-favorite during its limited edition release in 2024, Ombar’s Blonde chocolate prompted customers to beg for its return. Co-founder Richard Turner established Ombar in 2007 with a focus on plant-based, wholesome ingredients, including high-quality cocoa. The brand has since expanded its range to include various flavors such as matcha and pistachio creams, M’lk chocolate bars, and more. The growing demand for ethical, clean-label, and plant-based chocolate is driving the robust projected growth of the vegan chocolate market, estimated to reach over $4.7 billion within the next decade.
