OMNI Unveils Lion’s Mane Mushroom Steak & Dessert Baos at Expo West

OMNI Foods has unveiled two new products at the Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, California: a lion’s mane mushroom steak as part of its new OMNI Garden range, and a line of dessert baos. The company is focusing on whole-food plant-based products, with the lion’s mane steak being the first of its kind in the US. In addition to the steak, OMNI will also introduce a range of dessert baos in four different flavors.
