Oreo Launches Limited-Edition Flavor With K-Pop Superstars BTS

Oreo has collaborated with K-pop band BTS to launch a limited-edition flavor called Brown Sugar Pancake. The new cookies feature a double layer of Brown Sugar Pancake-flavored cream sandwiched between two purple wafer biscuits, inspired by a classic Korean street food pancake filled with melted brown sugar. Each cookie also features one of 13 unique embossments chosen by BTS as a tribute to their fans.

The Oreo x BTS cookies are not labeled as vegan-friendly but appear to be free from animal-derived ingredients, as Mondelēz International, the company behind Oreo, ended all animal testing earlier this year. Alongside the BTS collaboration, Oreo also introduced the Firecracker Pop flavor, inspired by a red, white, and blue iced lolly, which combines golden cookies with blue raspberry, lemon, and cherry-flavored cream. Both limited-edition flavors are available for a limited time.
