Oscar Mayer Debuts Pack Of Plant-Based And Animal-Based Hot Dogs For ‘Everybun’

Oscar Mayer has introduced a new product called “EveryBun” hot dogs, which includes both plant-based and animal-based wieners in the same pack. The brand ensures that the two types of hot dogs are packaged separately to prevent cross-contamination, making the plant-based “NotHotDogs” suitable for vegans. This new product aims to cater to both meat-eating and vegan guests, providing a solution to the “ultimate hosting dilemma”.

The EveryBun pack contains eight traditional hot dogs and six plant-based NotHotDogs, with both offering a similar smoky, savory taste, meaty color, and thick, juicy bite. The company is initially launching the product in top hot dog-consuming cities before potentially expanding nationwide. Oscar Mayer’s plant-based hot dogs were first introduced in March 2024, offering a seitan-style wheat base in Bratwurst and Italian sausage flavors. Customers in Los Angeles can also look forward to receiving packs of the new hot dogs from the famous Oscar Mayer “Weinermobile”.
