OtterBox Launches Desserto Cactus Leather Cases for iPhone 15 and Apple Watches

OtterBox has introduced a new range of luxurious mobile phone cases and Apple Watch bands made from Desserto, a plant-based material derived from the Nopal cactus. The Symmetry Series cactus leather cases are designed to withstand everyday drops and bumps, with raised edges for added protection around the display and camera. The cases are also MagSafe compatible, allowing for the attachment of MagSafe accessories at any time.

The cactus leather Apple Watch bands are made with the same durable material as the Symmetry Series cases, offering resistance to stains and scratches. OtterBox CEO JC Richardson praises the collaboration with Adriano di Marti, the maker of Desserto material, for creating a stylish and protective case that is also the slimmest Symmetry Series case ever made. Founder Adriano Lopez Velarde highlights the shared commitment to sustainable innovation, marking a significant step in redefining luxury design for mobile accessories.
