PACHA Partners with Imlak’esh Organics on Limited-Edition High-Protein Loaves

Regenerative baked goods company PACHA has teamed up with Imlak’esh Organics to create two limited-edition high-protein bread varieties featuring Sacha Inchi, a seed known for its complete plant-based protein content. The High Protein Blueberry Cacao and High Protein Lemon Blueberry loaves contain 5 grams of complete protein per serving and are free from gluten, dairy, and nuts, and will be available exclusively through PACHA’s online store.

Sacha Inchi, also known as the "Inca peanut," is grown regeneratively and provides all nine essential amino acids. Imlak’esh Organics, a supplier of the ingredient, also contributed cacao nibs for one of the new bread varieties. Made from sprouted buckwheat and fermented using a wild yeast sourdough process, PACHA’s loaves promote digestion and nutrient absorption. Founded with a focus on regenerative agriculture, PACHA has helped transition over 1,500 acres of farmland in the US Midwest to regenerative practices, while Imlak’esh Organics focuses on importing and distributing organic superfoods from small-scale farms, often working with indigenous producers.
