The Plant-Based Foods Industry Association (PBFIA) will be showcasing plant-based innovations at AAHAR 2026 in New Delhi from March 10-14. The event, marking the 40th edition of AAHAR, will bring together industry stakeholders, including buyers, innovators, and foodservice professionals. PBFIA's theme for the event is "Innovate, Integrate, Inspire," highlighting the growth of India's plant-based food sector and providing opportunities for members and brand owners to present their products and engage in discussions surrounding sustainable food practices.

PBFIA's participation will include the Plant-Based Foods Gallery, the 4th Plant Based Foods Show for thought leadership and policy discussions, and the Plant-Based Masterclass & Chef Competition. These events aim to showcase new plant-based offerings, promote collaboration, and encourage sector leadership in the plant-based foods industry.
