PETA Sues Idaho’s Ostrich Farm in D.C. Court

PETA is suing the farm in the District of Columbia court because the farm's products are sold online and shipped nationwide, including to D.C. They are demanding a jury trial and seeking to stop the farm's misleading advertising practices. The lawsuit comes after former farm employees corroborated the allegations of animal abuse, prompting concerns about the welfare of the ostriches on the farm.
